Information Regarding COVID-19

Central Trust Company is committed to the health and safety of our clients, employees, and communities. To help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 , we have implemented our pandemic protocol. This protocol allows us to adjust to the needs of our clients and employees as the situation evolves.

Out of an abundance of caution and to help reduce the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), we are limiting our interaction with the public, including, but not limited to, non-client visitors, non-essential vendors, and “in person” client meetings. Rest assured that we will continue to be available via telephone, email, and online to meet your needs and expectations.

Further, we have made the decision to afford our employees the opportunity to work remotely and are encouraging the same. Our employees have full access to our client data and information over a secure network and are able to handle all client matters as if they were working in the office. In short, our employees will be able to conduct business as normal. Additionally, we have checked with all of our critical vendors to ensure that they are prepared, as well.

We are committed to managing our client portfolios and relationships in the same disciplined manner as we have all along. This discipline and commitment is unwavering.

We encourage our clients to use their Client Central account which is accessible 24/7. You may access your accounts online or by using the Central Trust Company mobile app. If you have not enrolled in Client Central but would like to do so, please contact your relationship manager to obtain access.

As a side note, please be wary of the proliferation of common scams recently. Central Trust Company will not call you and ask for personal information.

Central Trust Company will provide continuing updates via email, social media, and at www.centraltrust.net/coronavirus.

Thank you for your continued trust and confidence. We take that trust seriously and we stand ready to serve you and your family.
