Information Regarding COVID-19

Central Trust Company is committed to the health and safety of our clients, employees, and communities. Each of our offices has an individual plan to reopen. The timing and staffing levels is unique to each location. Our locations have, and will make reopening decisions based on the COVID-19 statistics, as well as CDC, local, and county guidelines.

In every instance, and out of an abundance of caution, we respectfully request that our clients who desire to have an “in person” meeting with their wealth management team contact them to set up the logistics of that meeting before visiting the office. We also encourage our clients to wear masks when entering our offices for a scheduled visit. Likewise, our staff will be wearing a mask and maintaining a social distance.

We respectfully request that non-clients and non-essential vendors refrain from entering our offices.

We are committed to managing our client portfolios and relationships in the same disciplined manner as we have all along. This discipline and commitment is unwavering.

We encourage our clients to use their Client Central account which is accessible 24/7. You may access your accounts online or by using the Central Trust Company mobile app. If you have not enrolled in Client Central but would like to do so, please contact your relationship manager to obtain access.

Central Trust Company will provide continuing updates via email, social media, and at www.centraltrust.net/coronavirus.

Thank you for your continued trust and confidence. We take that trust seriously and we stand ready to serve you and your family.
