Rest assured that we will continue to be available via telephone, email, and online to meet your needs and expectations.
Further, we have made the decision to afford our employees the opportunity to work remotely and are encouraging the same. Our employees have full access to our client data and information over a secure network and are able to handle all client matters as if they were working in the office. In short, our employees will be able to conduct business as normal. Additionally, we have checked with all of our critical vendors to ensure that they are prepared, as well.

We encourage our clients to use their Client Central account which is accessible 24/7. You may access your accounts online or by using the Central Trust Company mobile app. If you have not enrolled in Client Central but would like to do so, please contact your relationship manager to obtain access.
As a side note, please be wary of the proliferation of common scams recently. Central Trust Company will not call you and ask for personal information.
