Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Financial Planning Officer
  • Data entry (Naviplan Financial Planning Software)
  • Data transfer from existing Central Trust systems (Envestnet/TAMARAC)
  • Perform client maintenance for existing plans
  • Prepare client review packets for meetings
  • Assist clients in the absence of the Financial Planning Officer
  • Perform various support duties such as: binding financial plans, preparing overnight or express mail forms, etc.

Requirements

  • 1 year certificate from college or technical school and 2-3 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and policy and procedure manuals
  • Ability to speak effectively with clients and employees, and able to write routine correspondence and reports
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of financial planning, investment, and trust terminology helpful
