Coordinates marketing activities, advertising, public relations, sales support, research, event planning, community involvement, and new product and promotional introductions. Provides research/analysis to Marketing Manager including reports and other related needs including CRM customer analysis, market research, desktop publishing and publication writing and editing. Requires knowledge of products and services, organizational policies and procedures, and considerable attention to detail and accuracy. Conducts relationships and activities consistent with established company policies, procedures and systems, the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager the production of advertising, public relations, internal and external publications, event promotions, sales collateral and programs, social media, website management CRM management, and video production primarily for Central Trust Company with minimal oversight from the Marketing Manager. Regularly communicates with other Trust offices throughout Missouri and Kansas, and Central Trust Company management.
Coordinate financial institution participation in community events, and coordinates other special events and activities in support of and Central Trust Company.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, referral programs, sales programs, etc. and conducts related research as appropriate and as requested from the Marketing Manager.
Plan and implement research gathering and information projects relating to competitive analysis, demographics, financial and estate planning, customer satisfaction, online and social media campaign tracking, website tracking utilizing Google Analytics 360, customer analysis using CRM data and general marketing research.
Maintain, projects via department project management software, advertising schedules, media schedules, tracking for all media campaigns via real-time tracking dashboard, online promotional and collateral material portal.
Coordinate production of newsletters, intranet communications, electronic communications, advertisements, company website, online digital advertising, social media, and new media communications, and various reports on a regular basis and other reports as needed. Photography and video duties as assigned and related to internal and external mediums. Handle all internal desktop publishing and video production requests. Coordinate and produce requested internal Trust Company training videos.
Creative execution related to newsletters, traditional and online advertisements, to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and creatively to meet company expectations and drive acquisition growth. Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion. Collaborate with freelance artists to achieve the best possible outcomes in our advertising and marketing. Write and design engaging and well-crafted copy and content for internal/external presentations, advertisements (traditional and online), brochures, and collateral.
Coordinate and perform a range of support activities for Marketing related to Central Trust Company including compliance and management approvals, and report any exceptions promptly and prior to distribution.
Provide support to Marketing Manager such as assisting with meeting preparation, and resolving and/or referring a range of marketing problems and inquiries.
Operate personal computer to compose and edit correspondence, reports and/or memoranda from verbal direction, or from knowledge of established department/division policies; prepare, type, edit, proofread, produce and distribute internal and external publications and communications; handle all internal desktop publishing requests; handle all video production requests related to online channels, multimedia and training videos.
Operate a variety of office administration equipment such as PC, copy machine, calculator, printer, etc. Proficient use of software applications including, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. A working knowledge of industry graphics programs such as Adobe Creative Suite programs including Adobe In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere Video Editing, Captivate Multimedia, Audition Sound Editing; online programs and web-based media related to e-mail marketing (EMMA), social media (Hootsuite), website management (Word Press), and others. Maintains a high level of proficiency using Microsoft CRM system and other systems to support referral and sales efforts.
