Barbara’s volunteer activities include: Former President of and 9 years of service to the Kansas Banker’s Association Trust Division Board; Former President & current Board Member of Kansas Advocates for Better Care; Former President and current member of the Douglas County Estate Planning Council; Member of Lawrence Area Partners in Aging; speaker for Skillbuilders; and former member of the Lawrence Memorial Hospital Endowment Planned Giving and Audit Committees.
Barbara spends her off-duty hours with her artist husband enjoying the arts and relaxing at their country home.
