Will has more than a decade of experience as a marketing professional and has won several awards for his graphic design and video production skills. Prior to his work in marketing, Will was also an award-winning journalist and meteorologist. Most recently he was named one of the “2019 Forty Under 40” by the Springfield Business Journal for his achievements both professionally and within the community.
His primary role at Central Trust Company is to lead marketing efforts across the company’s six locations in Missouri and Kansas and to support business development efforts in those markets. Will is also very involved in enhancing the company’s technology, helping evaluate and implement new solutions that may be beneficial to clients and staff.

Interests and Activities
Will is very involved in his community, currently serving at the President of the Springfield Ballet, where he has helped launch a major fundraiser for the organization and is currently leading a national job search for the organization’s new Artistic Director. He is also the Vice President of the Meador Park Neighborhood Association, where he helped organize a large neighborhood cleanup. Will can often be found attending events for the various non-profits that he supports in the community.
In his free time, Will enjoys entertaining his friends and family, woodworking, independent filmmaking, and occasionally performing on stage. He was recently seen in Springfield Little Theatre’s production of Momma Mia! and Springfield Ballet’s The Nutcracker.
