Job Description
  • Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers
  • Perform client maintenance for accounts
  • Assist clients in the absence of a Relationship Manager
  • Pay bills for clients, prepare discretionary requests and termination memos, prepare necessary paperwork for client meetings, and open accounts following compliance guidelines
  • Review correspondence for accuracy and completeness to ensure proper format and grammar
  • Perform various support duties such as: answering phones, copying documents, preparing mailings, recording minutes for meetings, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Some formal education required (2-3 years of college)
  • Knowledge of estate planning and investment terms are helpful
  • Organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret policy and procedure manuals
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
