Job Description

  • Greet and assist clients and guests
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Manage and facilitate communication with clients in scheduling review meetings
  • Assist with department events including mailing lists and RSVP’s
  • Perform maintenance updates for CRM (Client Relationship Management)
  • System Prepare presentation packet for all client meetings
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • High school graduate (some college preferred)
  • Legal office experience desired
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are critical
  • Professional communication: speak effectively and discreetly with clients and employees in person and on the phone
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
